While there are many good boardgames, most of them offer little knowledgeable insight in any field. These boardgames are purely for the sake of providing players with a short burst of entertainment. While there are a few boardgames that provide some scientific insight, one of them is particularly well-made, and it is titled "Freshwater Tank" by Kaplan Crypto. This boardgame basically teaches people have keeping fish.

Freshwater Tank boardgame is excellent and unique from other boardgames because it is one of the few boardgames that encourages friends and families to have fun together. Yet, it also teaches them how to keep fish in harmony with one another to prevent unnecessary fish-related deaths. Another benefit of the game is that it allows aquarium hobbyists to use the built-in items in the game to plan which fish to add to their future tanks.

Furthermore, fish lovers can appreciate Freshwater Tank because it is mostly realistic. Each fish card has stats, such as temperament, diet, and native origins. Moreover, getting the same card in the same round is near impossible because of the number of fish in the game and only one card for each species.

Fortunately, children are not excluded from this game, as it includes different levels with varying difficulties, including an easy level where players must keep fish of the same temperaments with one another since the background colors make it easier for young children to see.

Last and foremost, the aesthetical appeal of the boardgame is another aspect to admire. The fish on the cards are very colorful and bright. It is clear that the developers have put so much effort and detail into accurately depicting each fish in the game, including the cover art, which was drawn beautifully.

So, when considering purchasing a boardgame to give yourself and your friends and family a fun experience while learning something new, "Freshwater Tank" might be right up your alley.
