Bloons TD, including the "Battles" versions developed by Ninja Kiwi, are some of the best tower defense games ever created. The first Bloons TD game was released in August 2007 and was a browser or flash game that would later be supported on other platforms.

Bloons TD is about popping balloons with different strengths and abilities before they remove all of your health, using monkeys as defense towers with unique strategies and skills. What makes it special is that it is a cartoonish game that children can play. Besides the original games, Bloons TD Battles adds a fun spin by competing against other players. An excellent addition is a mechanic of sending your balloons to the opposing player and overwhelming them.
